Adele has revealed she has a “rock hard bum” after training “like an athlete” ahead of her upcoming Munich residency, which will see her walk “four or five miles a night” on stage.
The 36-year-old singer kicks off her 10-date tour at Munich’s purpose-built Messe stadium on Friday and said she has been training “like crazy” to prepare to play the “fucking huge” shows.
Adele has also unveiled a €35 ticket offer for fans, as well as some amazing merchandise that will be available at the custom-built, 80,000-capacity Messe Munich Stadium.
Speaking at one of her Weekends with Adele shows in Las Vegas, she said: ‘I’ve gotten back into my gym routine like no one else, I’m doing two or three sessions a day.
‘My ass is getting rock solid again! I can move mountains with my ass. I’ve been training like crazy. The reason I’m training like I’m an athlete again is because that stage is fucking huge.’

Before adding: ‘I’m back to training in the gym like never before, I do two or three sessions a day.’
Adele also said that, at her own request, she asked organizers to build a special stage that would allow her to connect with the crowd.
I said, ‘I was like ‘build a stage in the crowd,’ and they said ‘Well, we can’t get you there unless you walk on a stage.’
“I think I’ll be able to walk about four or five miles in one night, so I really need to build up my stamina.”
Meanwhile, Adele revealed that German candy brand Haribo has created personalised sweets for purchase at her concerts.
In an Instagram post, the Grammy winner took photos of heart-shaped gummies in bags that read ‘Love Adele.’
Written: ‘Haribo has made me my own packet of sweets. You can get a packet in the Munich merchandise shops if you love sweets like me! Not long now.’
Before the first show it was announced that some lucky fans could get tickets for just €35 in a raffle through Ticketmaster.

But the concert-goer won’t. They know where they will be sitting or standing until the day of the concert.
A listing on the site says: ‘Ticket location will be assigned on the day of the show, anywhere from the back row to standing at the front.
‘€35 per ticket, all expenses included, the location cannot be changed once assigned.
‘Maximum purchase of 2 tickets per person, tickets must be collected in person at the box office on the day of the show.
‘Tickets cannot be transferred or resold. There are a very limited number of Lucky Dip tickets available each week. When they’re gone, they’re gone!’
Adele In Munich, Adele’s second concert residency and her first European show since 2016, begins on August 2 and runs through August 31.
A source said SunAdele has been working on her upcoming performance in Munich since April. She wants to speak to the audience in German.
Meanwhile, some lucky fans will be able to get tickets for just €35 in a raffle through Ticketmaster.

A source close to the event said: “Adele has been thinking about what to do in Munich since April. She wants to talk to the public in German.”

Adele In Munich follows her first-ever concert residency Weekends With Adele, which ran from 2022 to 2024 in Las Vegas.
For both residencies, Adele’s associated album is 30, her fourth, released in 2021 and certified 4x platinum.
30 made Adele the first artist to win Album of the Year at the BRIT Awards three times.
The album’s lead single, Easy On Me, became Adele’s longest-running number-one single on both the UK and US charts.
