A representative for Addison Rae has denied that the TikTok star ever “liked” a tweet supporting former President Donald Trump.

Earlier this week, Rae was rumored to have “liked” a Twitter post that appeared to suggest she supported Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

However, a representative of Rae, 20, tells DailyMail.com: ‘The difference has been resolved.’

Some Twitter users suggested the young influence endorsed MMA fighter Derek Brunson’s tweet that read, “Who are you all voting for? “RT” for Hillary Clinton. ‘Like’ for Donald Trump.”

The representative added to just shocked that’s a screenshot from Addison’s phone showing she didn’t like the tweet. She can’t remember ever liking this tweet. We are in talks with Twitter to find out about this discretion.”

“The problem has been fixed,” the rep also said.

The ‘glitch’ comes after Rae received a backlash for apparently introducing herself to Trump during Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier’s UFC 264.

‘I’m Addison. Nice to meet you. I have to say hello, hello. So nice to meet you,” she told the man, who appeared to be Trump, in the viral clip.

In 2019, Addison clarified in the comment section of one of her TikTok videos that she was “unregistered and never registered before” to vote in her home state of Louisiana, after a TikTok went viral, claiming she “allegedly voted Republican.” in 2014, 2016 and 2018 in Tarzana, California,” according to PopBuzz.

“This isn’t real hahahaha. First, I’m from Louisiana, second, I’m not even registered to vote and never have been. I’m actually doing it for the first time with someone important and I’m excited to do that. This is fake,” she wrote at the time.

‘why would she want to say hello?? It’s not right,” read a critical tweet, suggesting that Addison’s support for the Black Lives Matter movement and other social justice movements contradicts her apparent desire to meet Trump during Saturday’s fight.
