Adam Woodyatt and Simon Gregson were thrown in the deep end when they entered I’m A Celebrity on Thursday night and had to take the snake-infested Castle Scare Fair trial in front of their camp mates.

But they were also faced with the prospect of sharing a bed, something EastEnders star Adam, 53, wasn’t too happy about when he learned that Corrie actor Simon, 47, “farts like a trooper.”

After the soap stars scored an impressive 11 out of 12 stars for the camp, the clan returned on the ninth cloud, noting some differences: portraits of Adam and Simon framed on the wall, their thrones around the fire, as well as a bed for them to share.

Giggling into the Bush Telegraph, the couple laughed as Adam said, “If we’re in that bed, can we look away?”

Simon replied, ‘I think that’s a good idea. Mind you, you probably won’t want me to do that.’

Adam replied, ‘You fart, don’t you! uh!’ to which Simon laughed: ‘Like a trooper!’

Adam then joked, “Can we have single beds, please?”
