Adam Collard looks smitten in loved-up snaps with girlfriend Laura Woods from their romantic holiday in Mexico

Adam Collard has shared a series of photos of him falling in love with his girlfriend Laura Woods from their romantic trip to Tulum, Mexico.

The Love Island star, 28, and the sports presenter, 36, looked completely smitten with each other in the sun-kissed shots.

In one photo, a shirtless Adam was seen kissing a bare-faced Laura while they lounged on the beach.

The reality star also posted glimpses of her delicious meals at the tropical getaway and the idyllic seascape.

Unable to take a break from his other love of working out, Adam also hit the gym during the trip and filmed himself running across the sand.

Captioning the series of shots, he wrote: “a story from Tulum…”

It is the second luxury holiday in two months for the lovebirds, after they went skiing in the French Alps with a group of friends in February.

The snaps come after Adam revealed his intention to “marry and have children” with the TNT sports presenter.

He explained: ‘I’m protective, whether it’s Laura, my family or my friends.

‘I want to get married. I also want to have children. I’ve always thought, what kind of person will I be? How can I protect my children?

‘Obviously I’ve never had a child, but I don’t think I mention it everywhere (on social media). I want them to have a fair fight and a chance to not be judged right away.

‘As long as my closest circle knows exactly who I am, I don’t care. I think you have to take everything with a pinch of salt.’

Adam added that he’s not worried about the eight-age age difference between him and Laura, saying: “We’re not necessarily your average couple.”

“We’re both doing a lot and I think I’ve always been beyond my years anyway, I think that’s probably exactly what I’ve needed for a long time.”

Adam broke his silence about his whirlwind romance with Laura in October and declared her “the one.”

He said Sun: ‘The first time we met, I’ll put my hands up, first I texted him and got a response but then nothing ever happened.’

The blossoming romance finally became public, after Laura accidentally posted a series of loved-up snaps before quickly deleting them.

Adam admitted: “I’m kind of happy in a way (the relationship is open) as I feel like there’s an element of having to hide too much now.”

Laura also opened up about the new relationship and confessed that she posted the snaps by accident as she believed she was sharing them with her ‘close friends’.

Instagram offers its users the option to post images to their main feed or to close friends, which is a feature of Instagram that allows you to give a subsection of followers special permission to view private Stories.

Laura insisted the images were shared on her main feed by accident, as she claimed the thought of sharing her private life online “fills her with dread.”

Speaking on Aimee Fuller’s Monday Mile podcast, Laura was quizzed on her ‘free spirit’ Instagram page and asked if it had ever caused her problems.

Laura said: “I’m very private… I only show you what I feel comfortable showing you; I like to keep it that way as much as possible.”

Adam’s relationship with Laura fell apart with his romance with Lottie Moss, after the pair fell in love on Celebs Go Dating, when they were supposed to be dating members of the public.

After their brief romance failed, Adam unceremoniously replaced her with Laura, whom he described as his “soulmate”, and the rapid change led Lottie to label Adam a “cold soul”.
