Ada Nicodemou’s former partner Adam Rigby has broken his silence following the news that he is dating his Home and Away co-star and on-screen lover James Stewart.
The former couple reportedly split late last year, but Nicodemou, 47, did not confirm the end of their relationship until earlier this month.
On Instagram a few days after the actress’s relationship with fellow actor Stewart came to light, Nicodemou’s ex-boyfriend shared a post on social media that may have expressed his feelings amid the news.
“Live every moment with integrity,” the post’s quote read, referencing Billy Joel’s breakup song, Honesty.
Rigby’s post received a few comments from friends, who echoed his sentiment.

Rigby’s Instagram post follows explosive photos that emerged of Nicodemou and Stewart, 48, packing on the PDA last month.
In the photos, Nicodemou shared a very public hug with Stewart.
The couple, who play lovers in Home and Away, enjoyed a drink together at The Royal Hotel.
They were later seen getting comfortable outside the establishment after leaving the premises.

The sighting came after Stewart was photographed leaving his Coogee apartment with a suitcase and taking an Uber to the Swissotel hotel in Sydney’s CBD on April 24.
Stewart and Nicodemou were also recently spotted at a cinema, where viewers said they were “not ashamed” to show their affection publicly..
Nicodemou was married to Chrys Xipolitas for nine years. They reportedly split briefly in 2010 before reconciling and welcoming a son, Johnas, in August 2012.
The actress, who also starred in the 1990s soap opera Heartbreak High, permanently split from Xipolitas and dated businessman Adam Rigby for about eight years.
Rigby and Nicodemou reportedly split late last year, but the actress didn’t confirm the end of their relationship until earlier this month.
They dropped it sometime in late 2023.
The news that Stewart and Nicodemou are getting closer comes after his ex Sarah Roberts, a Home and Away alum, confirmed to Stellar magazine that the couple had divorced..
“I just want to say that I’m divorced,” she told the publication.
“Sometimes people grow apart and that’s okay… I got to a point where I realized I couldn’t grow the way I wanted to within this particular relationship.”
Roberts and Stewart married in 2019 after getting engaged in November 2018. He proposed to her at the restaurant where they had their first date a year earlier.
The couple married at Luttrellstown Castle, outside Dublin, Ireland, in July 2019.
Confirmation of Roberts’ divorce came after years of speculation about the couple’s split.
The rumors first surfaced after Stewart was absent from the premiere of his film Wog Boys Forever in Melbourne in October 2022.
“He was nowhere to be seen on the red carpet” and apparently no longer followed his wife’s Instagram account, reports suggested.
At the time, Roberts’ agent denied they had broken up.
The couple later put the rumors to rest when Roberts proudly showed off her wedding ring at the AACTA Awards in December of that year.
Speaking to Now To Love at the time, she also dismissed breakup rumours.
The news that Stewart and Nicodemou are getting closer comes after his ex Sarah Roberts, a Home and Away alum, confirmed to Stellar magazine that the couple had divorced.
Last month, Sarah Roberts confirmed to Stellar magazine that she and Stewart had divorced.
“We are happy,” he told the website.
Roberts added that her husband was as romantic as ever, even picking her up at the airport with a bouquet of flowers after a recent trip to Italy.

Roberts starred in Home and Away from 2017 to 2021, before stepping away to focus on her film career.
Roberts and Stewart married in 2019 after getting engaged in November 2018. The couple tied the knot at Luttrellstown Castle, outside Dublin, Ireland, in July 2019.
Stewart still stars on the Australian soap opera, in which he plays Justin Morgan.
The actor shares his 11-year-old daughter Scout with his ex-fiancée Jessica Marais, whom he met on the set of Packed to the Rafters in 2009.
They announced their engagement in October 2010 and welcomed Scout in May 2012.
In 2015, the couple broke up, with Stewart later saying, “Our relationship didn’t work out because I think hearts eventually go in different directions.”
Roberts starred in Home and Away from 2017 to 2021, before stepping away to focus on her film career.
