Ada Nicodemou was seen out looking rather swollen as she returned home after a weekend away with boyfriend James Stewart and their daughter Scout.
On Sunday, the trio stepped out of a taxi that had picked them up at the airport and were seen collecting their luggage before going inside.
Ada, 47, was dressed casually in a long brown and white floral print dress and kept warm in a denim jacket.
The Home and Away actress paired her look with brown sandals and accessorized with a cream linen tote bag from Chloe, which retails for $1,710.
Meanwhile, his on- and off-screen partner James, 48, looked relaxed in a white T-shirt and black shorts.
His daughter, whom he shares with ex-partner and actress Jessica Marais, wore a Rolling Stones graphic tee, black shorts and black Converse high-top sneakers.
Ada was seen sporting a swollen face after claiming she had undergone a “complete body enhancement” years ago.
In an interview with Woman’s Day in 2018, surgeon Dr Meaghan Heckenberg stated that she believes Ada had undergone “rhinoplasty, muscle relaxant injections and dermal fillers.”

“It looks as though Ada has had a rhinoplasty and probably some muscle-relaxing injections and dermal fillers to give her that fresh look,” Dr. Heckenberg told Woman’s Day.
‘A brow lift can also be achieved through careful placement of muscle-relaxing injections, such as Botox or Dysport. Of course, she benefits from her Mediterranean heritage, so she has great skin anyway.’
Dr Heckenberg has not treated the actress personally, and Daily Mail Australia contacted Ada for comment at the time of the report.
However, Ada eventually admitted to having undergone cosmetic treatments over the years.
In 2019, she confirmed that she had undergone a breast augmentation after years of speculation.

The mother-of-one made the admission while responding to an Instagram troll who insinuated she was “fake”.
“I don’t use fillers and I rarely use Botox and the only surgery I’ve had (that) is ‘fake’ is breast augmentation, which I have every right to do,” she wrote.
The Sydney-born actress told New Idea magazine in 2017 that she wouldn’t rule out Botox or laser treatments in the future.
She said it was important to do “what makes you feel good” and added that it depended on the individual.
“I think most people are just doing minor touch-ups these days. Botox and laser are like facial treatments from 20 years ago,” Ada said.

She added that women should be honest about the work they have done.
“I hate it when people lie about it. People have to be honest. There’s nothing wrong with that within reason,” he said.
Ada shares a son, Johnas, 12, with her ex-husband Chrys Xipolitas.
In late 2015, Ada and Chrys ended their nine-year marriage and publicly confirmed the news of their separation just a few months later.
Ada continued dating millionaire businessman Adam Rigby, but the couple split just before Christmas last year after eight years together.
She has since found love again with her Home and Away co-star James Stewart, and news of their romance emerged when they were spotted kissing on Anzac Day.

The wedding episode aired on April 9, but was filmed about six months earlier, and Ada insisted her “genuine feelings” only surfaced later.
“There were no genuine feelings at the time,” she explained. “It was filmed last year. But I think when you see a couple on TV, you always wonder if they really have feelings.”
The couple began dating after Ada split from Adam Rigby and James finalized his divorce from Sarah Roberts in March.
