3 Palestinians were killed today, Thursday, in clashes with Israeli army forces that stormed the Old City of Nablus in the West Bank.
The Israeli army had entered the town and besieged a house inside which gunmen from the “Palestinian Lions’ Den” group were inside.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement: “The number of martyrs of the aggression on the Old City of Nablus has risen to 3, two of whom have completely distorted their features due to the intensity of the shooting, which makes it difficult to identify their identities.”

And the official Israeli radio “Kan” reported: “Two Palestinians carried out the Jordan Valley operation, and they were liquidated, along with a third party who helped them hide.”
In turn, the Directorate of Education in Nablus announced the postponement of school hours until the end of the military operation, in order to protect the students, according to a statement.
This comes as the Israeli forces launched a campaign of raids and searches in the West Bank today, Thursday, which included confrontations in some areas and arrests of a number of young men.
For several months now, the Israeli army has been carrying out operations in the northern West Bank, concentrated in the cities of Nablus and Jenin, under the pretext of pursuing wanted persons.
