An ABC morning show host took to social media Wednesday to issue a dramatic warning about his “absolutely insufferable” co-star Tony Armstrong.
News Breakfast co-host Michael Rowland, 56, shared a photo on Facebook of sports presenter Tony, 34, laughing and captioned it with some cheeky words.
“To be honest, Tony will be absolutely unbearable if he wins the Gold Logie,” he began.
‘His head will swell to an abnormal size and he will need little encouragement to display his shiny trophy.’
Rowland added that he was prepared to deal with Tony’s inflated ego because he felt no one was more deserving of Australia’s most coveted television award than him.
“I’m willing to deal with this every morning because I honestly think he deserves the highest honor in television. And this is no joke,” he continued.
Rowland then shared a link to vote for Tony.
Armstrong has very good reason to hope to win the Gold Logie this year.
