Speaking on his podcast Its alotAbbie, who is enjoying a romance with Peking Duk leader Adam Hyde, believes the prospects of securing a committed relationship are low these days.
‘We’re just in this weird dating culture. Particularly Australia. “I think Australia is known (around the world) for its really shitty dating culture,” she said.
‘Very superficial level. Very shallow. Very game. When someone dares to express their feelings, they are almost punished for it.
The FBoy Island host, 28, went on to say that women are often “accused of choking someone or tricking them into thinking they’re crazy” when they ask for clarity about their relationship status.

Executive producer Lem Zakharia, originally from Jordan, chimed in and said she, too, found it difficult to date Australian men.
‘I totally agree. I really found it difficult when I first got here,” she said.
“I don’t know if it’s just because he was dating girls, but they were really superficial dates.”
