Abbie Chatfield on Friday revealed the one unlikely thing that would have to happen for her to consider a career in politics.
The Masked Singer star, 29, said she would consider becoming a politician if her reality TV career failed.
“I recently thought, ‘Maybe I should go into politics,’ but I’m tired. Maybe if FBoy Island Australia season 3 doesn’t happen!” Abbie said. The Sydney Morning Herald.
Chatfield added that she acquired her strong liberal values from being raised by her mother in a single-parent home.
“I’m amazed that people still live as if it were 1954, with women cleaning and men cutting meat. My mother is a very intelligent, articulate and progressive woman.
“Growing up with her, we would watch the news and she would say, ‘Isn’t it horrible the way these women are treated? ’ There was a constant conversation. That helped me hone my debating skills.”
The brunette beauty then revealed the fun words she would like engraved on her tombstone: ‘A QR code with “Stream FBoy Island Season 2 right now.”‘
Earlier this week, Chatfield revealed his massive paycheck for hosting the second season of the Binge dating series FBoy Island Australia, and how it compares to his other jobs.

The Bachelor star explained in a series of TikTok videos that while hosting reality shows can be lucrative, the amount of money you make is “not as much as you think.”
“It’s a lot of money. It’s a lot of money, especially for a girl from Brisbane who didn’t have a car to learn to drive when I was in high school,” she said.
In another video, Abbie explained that while her TV and radio job offers may offer substantial rewards, the commitment may not be worth it, especially considering the potential earnings from social media.

“The money you’re offered for doing work on television, if you compare it to the time and energy it takes to get the same amount on social media, it’s really not worth it,” he added.
“Organizing a full season, which is months and months of work, still means pre-production and post-production. And the frantic period leading up to the weeks before (filming), with costume fittings, casting conversations, dates and calls with producers.”
Abbie, who also appeared as a judge on The Masked Singer and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, revealed she was offered regular roles on TV shows but ultimately turned them down due to the time and energy it required and opted to focus on social media instead.
