It comes after the former Bachelor star spoke to Yahoo this month about eating disorders and how it was normal for girls not to eat when she was in school.

“That was just the “normal” culture of going to a Catholic girls’ school, where everyone would have these water bottles and we’d put a splash of lemon water in it, chew gum and an apple, and that’s what we’d eat in a day, ‘ she said.

Abbie admitted that she would put a lot of pressure on herself to work out to lose weight in her younger years.

But she is now a changed woman and has learned to listen to her body and see exercise as a way to feel good and reduce anxiety.

Being more in tune with her mental health has also helped her recognize and get rid of harmful thoughts and focus on elevating positive feelings.

‘Don’t be overly body positive or body neutral. This is what I look like, what I look like today. If I feel bad, that’s okay; when I feel good, that’s great,” she said.
