Abbi Jacobson and Jodi Balfour have gotten married.
The Broad City star, 40, and the Ted Lasso actress, 37, announced the happy news via Instagram on Wednesday, sharing sweet wedding snaps in collaboration with a cultured magazine spread.
The couple had planned an outdoor ceremony, but rainy weather caused them to turn around and hold an ‘indoor buffet’ at Public Records in New York.
For their wedding, the dynamic duo, who got engaged in 2022, opted for “ready-to-wear” dresses from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s clothing brand, The Row.
Balfour, originally from South Africa, wore a more traditional white sheath dress, while Jacobson opted for a strapless black dress.

‘Thank you Mary-Kate!’ Jacobson joked in his Cultured article.
She said they “wanted to mix it up” for the party and wore two vintage dresses.
‘Our friend Alexis (Novak) owns this store called Tab Vintage in Los Angeles. He has an incredible collection. I wore Versace chain mail and Jo wore Vivienne Westwood.

Speaking of the party, Jacobson said, “It was a pleasure, because the ceremony wasn’t what we expected, but it was exactly what we expected.”
‘People were crowded. When we looked out into the audience, our friends were on stools, looking between the plants and sitting on top of the booths. I have never attended a wedding like this.
“I kept thinking, ‘The next time these people are in the same room it’s going to have to be at my funeral,'” Balfour added humorously.

The couple shared that their first dance was to Aretha Franklin’s ‘Don’t Let Me Lose This Dream’.
Jacobson added that during the dance, her dress “destroyed Jo’s tights in 35 seconds.”
Balfour said the unique celebration took guests to a “different dimension.”
“It really was ‘one of those nights,'” he noted, adding that everyone was “in a dark wooden room with no windows, (with) a crazy sound system and a disco ball.”
‘Everyone’s pretty clothes turned into wet rags. People who don’t smoke smoked. Our mothers made the time. “It was like we all existed in a different dimension for a while.”
The couple announced the romance in October 2021, with the Bomb Girls actress sharing a photo of herself kissing the League of Their Own star.
“365 days of the best surprise of my life,” Balfour captioned the post.
Jacobson replied, “And mine.”
Jacobson is known for her role as Abbi Abrams (R) on Broad City, which ran for five seasons and aired from 2014 to 2019.
