The model exuded confidence as she happily showed off her slim pins in the shorts, adding a pair of heeled mules to her look.

Abbey, captioning her snaps, ‘Hot pant weather ??’, left her blonde locks in a tousled style, while emphasizing her facial features with a sleek palette of makeup.

Last month, Abbey recalled the ‘terrifying’ moment she discovered clumps of hair during pregnancy, while confirming that it ‘damaged’ her confidence.

The model that shares Sophia, nine, Liberty, five, Johnny, three, and Jack, 22 months, with husband Peter Crouch, also revealed that her multiple pregnancies were taking its toll and that her skin became allergic to most products.

Speaking of her experience, she countered OK! Magazine: ‘I was so sick during pregnancy and my skin was so reactive. It was allergic to everything, even fabrics and washing powder. I also had a lot of hair loss.

‘It grows back, but if clumps of hair fall out during the wash, it’s frightening.

‘I had three kids in four years, so I felt like I didn’t have any hair at the end! It’s another thing that hurt my confidence. It’s scary for any woman who goes through that. ‘

According to Abbey, she also suffers from pigmentation spots that can cause discolored patches of skin on the body and face, as she revealed it first appeared when she became pregnant with her first daughter, Sophia.

She said she had to wear makeup to ‘cover it up’ and that she is still proactively looking for products to combat the skin condition.

“Hair loss and thinning is one of the most common post-pregnancy complaints of women, and most women experience some type of hair loss after childbirth,” Jane Mayhead, senior trichology consultant at The Private Clinic of Harley Street told MailOnline in 2019.

Fluctuating hormone levels during pregnancy and after delivery are the main cause of it [hair] thinning out for new moms. ‘

Pregnancy and breastfeeding cause an increase in estrogen, which keeps hair in the growth phase, leaving it looking shiny and thick.

However, when hormone levels continue to change or return to normal, hair enters the shedding phase resulting in hair loss, also known as telogen effluvium.

“You may even notice a receding hairline and general thinning,” said Dr. Bashar Bizrah, founder of Beyond Med Center in Kensington, West London.

“I would recommend eating lots of iron-rich foods and again reconsidering trying some relaxation techniques, eating a balanced diet, combing hair regularly and not coloring it.”

Stress, certain hairstyles, iron deficiency, weight loss, genetics and hormonal imbalances all contribute to hair loss.

Research shows that 50 percent of women experience hair loss at some point in their lives.
