A woman has revealed how exercising as a Victoria's Angel Secret for a whole year changed her life and inspired her to become a model herself.
Sanne Vander, a 22-year-old Dutch model living in Los Angeles, has been reporting her fitness trip on her self-titled YouTube channel since August 2017.
Over the past year, she has uploaded more than 150 videos of her showing the workouts done by various models of Victoria's Secret, including Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima and Stella Maxwell.

In a video released last week, Sanne celebrated the first anniversary of her new training regime by opening up about how she has strengthened both physically and mentally.
The aspiring model explained that she was visiting Los Angeles with her boyfriend last August, and the apartment complex where they said had a "beautiful gym".
"I went into that gym and I did not know what to do," he recalled. "There were all these machines and I thought:" OK, all I know is how to run on a treadmill "».
Knowing that Sanne did not like to exercise, her boyfriend suggested that she try to do the exercise routines followed by the Victoria's Secret models because she is a big fan of the brand.
For starters, Sanne tried out an exercise routine with famed trainer Chase Weber for his first video (pictured), which he posted on YouTube on August 27, 2017.

For his first video, which he published on August 27, 2017, Sanne tested a workout created by celebrity coach Chase Weber.

"I was in that gym in Los Angeles for an hour and a half, sweating my **," he recalled, admitting he had to use his phone to figure out how to do the exercises correctly.
The video has been viewed more than 340,000 times, and in the last year, its channel has gained 36,000 subscribers.
Sanne said the positive response she received was so incredible, that it motivated her to continue testing new trainings and follow the diets of the famous models.
In addition to the many articles written about the training routines of Victoria's angels, she also relied on the "Train Like an Angel" series.
Sanne went on to try a variety of exercises, including Stella Maxwell's yoga routine and Candice Swanepoel's full-body workout.
"I went from being a girl who did not like to exercise … for a girl who works almost every day, loves her completely and has adopted a healthy and complete lifestyle," she said.
It is not her goal: Sanne (pictured in November 2017) said that she has always been slender and that the challenge was not to lose weight.

Sanne noted that she has always been thin, and explained that losing weight was never her intention when she took on this challenge.
"I was always very thin, I'm not going to lie about that and say, 'OK, I had this huge weight loss,' because that's not true, I've always followed a very healthy diet."
However, he has become "much stronger", and was proud to say that he can finally do push-ups, an exercise that "never in a million years" he thought he would be able to do.
Sanne shrieked that she is now more flexible, less tired, and no longer suffers from back pain because sweating has helped strengthen her center.
The development of an exercise routine also had a positive impact on his mental health, and he said he is now a "much happier person" in general.

Exercising even gave her the confidence to pursue her dream of becoming a model. Although she always feared that she was not high enough to succeed in the fashion industry, she contacted several modeling agencies this year and signed.
"Training as a Victoria's Secret model has changed my life," he said at the end of the 10-minute clip.
In just over a week, Sanne's video has been seen more than 77,000 times, and many people have turned to the comments section to urge her to try to get the cast in the Victoria's Secret fashion show.
