The 33-year-old, who starred in The Bachelor, Bachelor in Paradise and Challenge, shared a photo on Instagram of her sore hand.
She captioned the photo, “Hands Deadlift for Kids Part 2. Also, I lost my sight in the supermarket after gym today and had to sit on the floor for 20 minutes.”
