A married music executive has been photographed for the first time since a 34-year-old Colombian woman was found dead in his hotel room in Miami.
Picked up by David Pollnow, 46, in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon.
He looked pensive and donned a bright pink hoodie for the outing, which saw him grab two bottles of Pepsi Max and use his phone to make a call.
Poulno was photographed hours after he denied any wrongdoing related to the death of aspiring musician Laura Lozano, 34, at the Setai Hotel in Miami Beach on March 29.
The head of music—who had worked with Drake and Post Malone—left the hotel around 4:30 a.m., and Lozano Sterling stayed in the hotel room.
A police report obtained by DailyMail.com revealed that at 1pm the same day, she was found unresponsive in her bathtub, with an unknown substance also present in the bedroom.
The cops are not said to believe the substance discovered was from any kind of prescription drug.
The cause of death has not been revealed, and Pollnow is not considered a person of interest in the case.
On Wednesday, Bollno called Lozano’s death a “terrible tragedy,” but insisted he had already left when she died.

He spoke hours after DailyMail.com discovered the woman was found dead in the bathtub at The Setai Hotel after “making music” with an executive who was of Colombian descent.
Lozano Sterling ordered room service after the man left — and then died of a drug overdose, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Laura Lozano Sterling was found lying face down in the bathtub in room 2308 of the Setai Hotel, a luxury suite priced at $2,600 per night, at approximately 1 p.m. on March 30.
The room was booked by David Polnow, a 46-year-old business and music executive from California.
Polno, who is married, told DailyMail.com that Lozano was a client and that he had been helping her with her career.

He insisted she was “allowed to stay” in the room but “there wasn’t much” more than a late night work.
Pollnow left The Setai at 4.35am on Thursday 30 March.
It is unclear where he went, but he was seen leaving on hotel security cameras.
Pollnow told DailyMail.com that the accident was a “terrible tragedy”.
While Lozano wasn’t discovered until 1 p.m., DailyMail.com can reveal that she was alive when he left the building — and ordered room service after he left.
Then it is believed that she took a shower, but died as a result of a suspected overdose.
It is not clear what kind of drugs were used, but law enforcement sources told DailyMail.com that the drugs were not any kind of prescription drugs.
While Paulno was initially listed as a person of interest in the initial police report, he is not suspected of having any role in the woman’s death.
“He has fully cooperated with law enforcement,” a police source said, adding that there was no “fooling around”.
It is not clear how long Lozano, who is described by police sources as Colombian, has lived in the United States but has obtained permanent residency.
Her family was said to have been “devastated” by her death.
Polnow’s wife declined to comment when contacted by DailyMail.com, and he didn’t go into too much detail about how they ended up in the room together so late.
He says she was an aspiring musician and that he arranged for her to have her own room in his hotel room but “there’s not much of it”.

I had vacated the room early in the morning so I wasn’t there when they found it.
It was really sad, she was someone I really loved, and she was such a good person.
Polowno, who is a partner at NKSFB, the country’s largest management firm that works alongside artists in music, film and television, said he had hoped to sign Lozano – a budding musician.
She was there because she was recording music the night before.
“She’s a customer and she was going to sign a record deal with me,” he said, “I helped her make music.”
“I really don’t want to get too deep into it. Honestly, it was a terrible tragedy.”
When asked why the 34-year-old was in his room at such odd hours during the night, Pollnow said, “I let her stay there, there’s not much of it.” When asked where he was, he reiterated, “It was found when I left.”
He said, “From what I’m told it was found later in the day.”
