A Mexico City police officer has been suspended after being filmed in a sex scene with a woman and a man on board a train.
The racy video shows officer Jorge Lopez having sex with OnlyFans model Veronica Melendez while she performed oral sex on another man as passengers watched in shock. Reports suggest Lopez also has an OnlyFans account.
Mexico City Metro, the agency that operates the rapid transit system, initially issued a statement condemning the incident and identifying the three individuals as perpetrators.
However, Mexico City’s Citizen Security Secretariat, which oversees the police, confirmed Lopez’s identity on Tuesday after reviewing the footage.
‘The General Directorate of Internal Affairs of this Secretariat learned that a man who appears in a video spread on social networks in sexual acts within the facilities of the Metro Collective Transportation System is active personnel of this Institution,’ the Secretariat of Citizen Security of Mexico City reported in a statement.

Mexico City police officer Jorge López told investigators he was off-duty when he was filmed having sex with an OnlyFans model on a train recently.
Lopez, who shares his adult content on X and OnlyFans, was interviewed by high-ranking officials and said the video was recorded while he was off-duty.
He can be seen in the video and photos wearing a bulletproof vest with the words “police” written on it.
The regulations of the Secretariat of Citizen Security of Mexico City state that members of the police force must “refrain from using the uniform, insignia, identification or any other institutional element for purposes other than or distinct from the exercise of the service entrusted to them.”

Public records show Lopez has been a member of the Mexican capital’s police force since October 2023 and earns just over $1,000 a month.
Images on social media show Lopez standing next to Melendez while she performed a sexual act.
Lopez was also photographed grabbing Melendez’s breasts while the other man, who appeared in the video, is standing next to him.
Melendez, who has filmed porn movies, is also shown sitting between a man and a female passenger, with a passenger pulling down her top to expose her breasts.
