A Japanese man died of kidney failure three years after inserting eyeliner into his butt.

The unnamed patient, aged in his 60s, was rushed to hospital after his brother found him unconscious at his home.

A CT scan revealed a 3.5-inch-long tube of eyeliner near her rectum, which doctors believe she used “for sexual stimulation.”

The patient, who was a transvestite, was too unstable for surgery and died two days after being admitted to the hospital.

An autopsy revealed that the eyeliner had penetrated her bladder and caused a mass the size of an egg to form.

The above image from the patient's autopsy shows the eyeliner tube penetrating a large bladder stone, which likely formed as a result of the eyeliner penetrating and damaging the bladder.

Doctors believe the patient died of sepsis because his body overreacted to a kidney infection.

According to the case, published in a medical journalThe anonymous patient suffered from intermittent episodes of abdominal pain for three years.

Two weeks before her death, she complained of anorexia and diarrhea to her brother, with whom she lived.

The patient’s medical history is unknown, as he rarely attended check-ups.

Although he was still unconscious when he arrived at the hospital, he was suffering from a high heart rate and low blood pressure.

He also had a fever of 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius).

Doctors gave the patient antibiotics, as they thought there might be an infection, and norepinephrine for low blood pressure. His vital signs were too weak for him to undergo surgery.

However, he died two days later after repeated attempts to revive him.

After his death, a police investigation revealed that the patient had a habit of wearing women’s clothing.

A vibrator was also found hidden in a stocking in her room. The nails on the patient’s left hand were painted red at the time of the autopsy.

This led experts to believe that the eyeliner was inserted into the rectum “for sexual stimulation.”

Researchers at the University of Rochester in New York found that men were more likely than women to go to the hospital with a foreign object lodged in their rectum.

The autopsy showed small wounds on the patient’s buttocks and an ulcer on the perineum, a small patch of skin between the anus and the scrotum.

The eyeliner had penetrated her bladder and was found embedded in a 2.5-by-2.3-inch bladder stone, about the size of an egg. The mass likely formed from damage the eyeliner caused to her bladder.

The injury resulted in a rectovesical fistula, which caused the patient’s rectum, lower colon, and bladder to become stuck together.

He also suffered an infection in his left kidney, which spread to his spleen. This could be because the fistula made it difficult for the patient to urinate and urine accumulated in the bladder.

The team also noted that an infection could have been caused by lingering bacteria on the eyeliner, which could have built up over the three years it was trapped in the bladder.

The infection caused sepsis, which occurs when the immune system overreacts to infections and attacks healthy organs.

Doctors believe this is the first case report detailing a complication caused by a foreign body in the rectum several years after the initial incident.

They noted that while “this is an extremely rare case,” sexual activity “should be considered a possible mode of death, even if the activity occurred several years earlier.”
