A transgender paedophile will spend an additional 33 months in prison after attacking guards and threatening to put one of their genitals in a blender.

Marcia Walker, 51, deemed too dangerous for a women’s prison after raping two girls, left a series of vile voicemails threatening to kill and maim prison officers.

She also called Crime Stoppers from HMP Frankland in Durham (known as the Monster Mansion because of its numerous murderers, rapists and terrorists) falsely claiming there was a bomb in the staff car park.

A prison source said Walker is a “problem” and should be kept in isolation for the good of everyone.

“He makes life difficult for himself,” the source said. “If he tried to get along with people, his time in prison would go by much faster.”

Guildford Crown Court heard Walker sent shocking voice messages threatening to cut off a man’s penis, put his genitals in a blender, cut the brakes on his car, burn down his house and place a bomb under his car.

He sent more threatening voicemails, letters and emails to staff, including one in which he promised to shoot a guard and others in which he made vile racist comments.

On 24 January, Walker called Crime Stoppers from Category A prison HMP Frankland in County Durham with the “intention of inducing… a false belief that there was a bomb in the staff car park” of the prison.

And he physically assaulted two Frankland prison officers by hitting them.

He was charged with two counts of racially aggravated disorderly conduct, for which he received an additional 18 weeks in prison.

Two charges of assaulting an emergency worker earned him an additional 31 weeks.

Two counts of sending malicious communications carried an additional year in prison.

Walker also admitted to knowingly communicating false information about the bomb, for which he received a six-month sentence.

And for sending a communication threatening to cause serious harm, she will spend two more years and three months in prison.

Some of the sentences, handed down on August 20, were ordered to be served concurrently, bringing the total to 33 months.

Another charge of sexually assaulting a man was dismissed.

HMP Frankland prison is home to some of Britain’s worst criminals, including terrorist Michael Adebolajo, who murdered Private Lee Rigby on the streets of Greenwich, serial killer Levi Bellfield, who murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowler, and former police officer Wayne Couzens, who kidnapped, raped and murdered Sarah Everard.

Walker was originally jailed for 13 years in 2003 after raping two girls, one of whom was four years old.

Formerly known as Mark Walker, she is legally recognised as a woman by prison authorities but has been embroiled in a long-running dispute over access to gender realignment surgery.

In 2021, Durham Crown Court heard that Walker attacked guards after they objected to her having razor blades.

He said not being able to shave worsened his gender dysphoria. When prison officers entered his cell, he spat at one of them and said, “I have Covid.”

The court heard Walker was already angry that copies of National Geographic magazine, sent to the jail by a charity, had been confiscated from her cell because they contained pictures of naked children.

During the interview, Walker insisted she had no sexual interest in the magazine’s images, adding: “You can’t take my razors away from me.”

Fiona Lamb, representing Walker, said at the time: “The defendant has had a pretty unpleasant experience in custody. I’m sure no one enjoys it but because of the defendant’s personal circumstances it has been very difficult for her.”

Despite her decision to identify as a woman, prison bosses decided Walker would pose a risk if moved to a women’s prison and should remain in solitary confinement.

Other inmates were reportedly “furious” that they were kept in their cells for 45 minutes so Walker could wash and eat alone.

A source said: ‘She has to be treated like a woman but she cannot be moved to a women’s prison because she poses a risk.

“And because she is legally a woman, she must be kept separate from male inmates.”

The Prison Service stated: “Transgender prisoners do not receive special treatment and have access to the same facilities as male prisoners.”
