A remote desert resort known for its celebrity clientele has begun selling homes, with asking prices ranging from $5 million to $12.5 million.
The Amangiri hotel in the heart of the Utah desert is located near the Arizona border and four hours from the nearest airport.
The luxury resort is known for its stunning surroundings, supreme privacy, luxurious amenities and glamorous accommodation.
With just 34 guest suites and 10 tented pavilions on 900 acres of private land, rooms start at $4,200 per night.
It should be noted that the resort has been occupied by people such as Miley Cyrus, Ivanka Trump, Kylie Jenner, Ariana Grande, Kourtney Kardashian, among others.

Home lot prices start at $5 million and go up to $12.5 million.
And there has already been talk of some residences: one is under construction and several lots have been reserved.
Amangiri developer Canyon Equity LLC CEO Robert Hee said adding “residences has always been part of the vision for the resort,” according to the Wall Street Journal.
“It’s been a matter of evolving the concept until we’re satisfied,” Hee said.
The residences, which took almost six years to complete, were designed by Marwan Al Sayed and Mies Anderson, the co-founders and principals of Los Angeles-based Masastudio.
Notably, this duo was also part of the original design team for the Amangiri resort, a project that lasted approximately eight years.
Al Sayed said the properties will be located between 500 feet and a half mile west of the main complex.
The carbon-neutral homes, which will average about 7,100 square feet, will have between four and eight bedrooms on parcels spanning 5 to 19 acres.
Kylie Jenner has visited several times and each time she does, she makes sure to show off the luxurious resort on her social media.
Arguably one of the most sought-after amenities is the 25,000-square-foot spa, which “overlooks the tranquility of America’s Canyon Country.” The photo shows one of the spa pools.

Amangiri’s founding principle of long-term, harmonious coexistence with the environment extends to the new residences, Hee said.
The complex itself successfully addressed sustainability challenges in a remote location, such as minimizing reliance on geothermal and solar energy, using building materials appropriate for that environment, and reducing the impact of construction on the land.
These same ideas are being meticulously applied and improved in the design of the residences.
The residences, built with materials such as cement, stone and wood, will have similar private and social spaces.
This will include bedrooms, a kitchen and a cabin room. a swimming pool, etc. The configuration of the house will depend on the lot itself, offering individuality in each house.

A limited collection of 12 luxury residences will be available for purchase, with lot prices starting at $5 million.

To complete the luxury experience, each residence has its own full-time chef and butler.
