A laughing thug blocked a driverless car while taunting it and then allegedly attacked a disabled man who filmed his bizarre antics.
Police are searching for the young man wearing the backwards cap after the passerby he is accused of attacking nearly died from a skull fracture.
Bizarre footage shows the man, aged between 25 and 30, swearing at the Waymo vehicle in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighbourhood around 1am on July 5.
He stood in front of the white car in the middle of the road, preventing it from moving as the artificial intelligence refused to risk running him over.

A witness stopped a police car and officers found the man unconscious with life-threatening injuries, including a skull fracture.
Paramedics attended to the scene to treat him and he was taken to hospital.
The victim’s family said he had cognitive issues and police described him as “visibly impaired.”
Police described the suspected attacker as having medium skin tone and facial hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark backwards baseball cap, a black jacket, a blue shirt, light blue jeans, white sneakers and carrying a white bag.
