A Poll Discovers that 64% of Americans Oppose Biden’s 2024 Presidential Bid, while 55% Reject Trump

Time to go, Joe! A shocking poll finds that 64% of Americans don’t want Biden, 79, to run for office again in 2024 — but it’s bad news for Trump, too, with 55% urging him not to launch a second bid for the White House.

A startling new poll finds that a majority of Americans surveyed do not want President Joe Biden to run for office again in 2024.

The poll also caused a problem for Donald Trump, as it found that a majority of voters didn’t think the former president should run for re-election either.

The survey conducted by Yahoo! News and market research company YouGovfound that 64 percent of Americans answered “no” to the question, “Should President Biden run for president again in 2024?”

Twenty-one percent answered “yes” to the question, and 15 percent said they weren’t sure if the 79-year-old Biden should run again in 2024.

Trump’s numbers were only slightly better with 55 percent of voters polled saying the 76-year-old should not run in 2024.

Meanwhile, 31 percent said the former president should run, and 14 percent said they were still not sure.

The poll found that if an election were held between the two presidents today, Trump would narrowly win 42 percent of voters over Biden’s 39 percent.

Data from Democratic and Republican voters showed that Biden and Trump maintain the support of their parties – Trump more than his opponent.

A total of 43 percent of Democrats say Biden should run again in 2024, with 36 percent saying he shouldn’t, and 21 percent not sure.

Trump’s control over his party was much stronger compared to Biden’s.

A majority of 58 percent of Republicans said Trump should run again in 2024, while only 25 percent opposed re-election. 17 percent remained undecided.

Only 21 percent of Republicans who voted for Trump in 2020 said he should not run again in 2024.

The voters who didn’t want to see the Trump 2024 ticket were 50 percent white, 75 percent black, and 58 percent Hispanic.

The poll surveyed 1,541 American adults between June 10 and 13 — just as US inflation under the Biden administration hit its highest level in more than 40 years, and the US House Committee of Representatives held public hearings to investigate President Trump’s culpability on January 6. , 2021, Attack on the US capital.

Thirty-six percent of voters polled in favor of the Biden 2024 bid watched the Jan. 6 hearings live, and 24 percent watched the news coverage.
