During an earlier hearing, Al-Malik’s lawyers alleged that Mograbi and her family did not leave until November.
Attorney Todd Rose said the socialite only left the day before she was evicted from the Yorkville estate.
Al-Maghrabi was not present at the session, nor was any representative.
Rose claimed in February that Mograbi’s refusal to come out nearly cost his client his Park Mansion property.
“Moroccan had not paid the rent for so long that my client was almost foreclosed on his mortgage, and he almost lost his building,” Rose said at the time.
According to the lawyer, Maghrebi – despite winning millions in her divorce settlement – filed for suffering during the pandemic.
“This is a cheat on the system,” Rose said.
Speaking with The Post, Mograbi resisted the allegations, saying she only applied for hardship assistance because her ex-husband stopped helping her financially.
She insists she moved out years ago and says she “assumed” her landlord was notified.
“My mistake was not letting the owner know I left,” Mograbi said.
