Richard Welpton, director of East Yorkshire-based estate agency Quick and Clarke, bought the suit for £78 on eBay.
He previously said: ‘I get really bored of seeing the same old photos and videos. For me it’s a bit like Groundhog Day.
‘I asked a lot of customers but none of them wanted to do it, so I thought it would be fun to have them dress up.

“That idea didn’t catch on until Lee agreed to do it and we hope it makes the house stand out.” We certainly had a lot of laughs filming the video.”
The marketing strategy was clearly a huge success, as Richard said the house received “a lot of interest” and was quickly taken off the market. It said the click-through rate was more than five times higher than its other properties.
Lee, who put his house on the market in hopes of downsizing, said, “I thought it was a novel way to show the house; it’s a little different.”
‘I think it’ll probably be something that people will remember, just because it’s a bit random.
“They’ll always think, ‘I’ll take another look at that house with the panda in it.'”
