A modeling agency signs Texas Tech cheerleader known as ‘The Masters Girl’

A Texas Tech cheerleader dubbed “The Masters Girl” after a clip of her in the crowd on the 16th hole of a golf competition went viral, and she has joined a modeling agency.

Aaliyah Kikumoto, 19, has been basking in her newfound fame by sharing show shots she had taken days before the Masters clip went viral and garnered more than 40,000 followers.

She shared a series of photos on Instagram, and then in a separate post that leveraged her newfound social capital to promote clothing brand Princess Polly.

Kikumoto’s rise began on April 9 when she appeared briefly on television coverage of the Masters, standing behind golfers John Rahm and Brooks Koepka.

As she watched golf at the Augusta National, the camera’s field of view stayed on her face long enough for someone to record a short video, and for that to go viral.

On Friday, within just five days of her appearance at the Masters, Kikumoto’s new show deal with BSX Media was out Advertise in a joint post Attached are a number of photos.

The photographer explained that the photos were taken before the Master.

“When statuesque beauty is paired with a kind and sweet spirit, you can call her @aaliyahkikumoto to present the latest BSX model and (extraordinary golf girl) Aaliyah,” they posted on their Instagram page.

It was the DoubleBogeys TikTok account that uploaded Kikumoto’s initial clip. They posted a short clip of her with the caption: “Somehow I feel in love with someone I’ve only seen for 15 seconds.”

The video begins with the teen looking nervous before smiling as Cantlay continues his driving arrangement. At the time of writing, the snippet has 3.4 million views and over 250,000 likes.

Another wrote: ‘Brother I thought I was the only one.

The lacrosse player spread to Xavier University after that Hayden Sheppard, creator of TikTok She posted a short video of herself with the caption, “Someone find me this girl from Ohio…for the love of God.”

As the camera pans towards her, she watches the match intently in the crowd with her hand in prayer on her lips. Sheppard’s video has been viewed over 3.4 million times.

Kikumoto is from the suburbs of Denver, Colorado, where she graduated from Rock Canyon High School. She is one of six siblings.

The dancer is listed as a member of Texas Tech’s 2022-23 Boom Troupe. The University of Texas freshman attended the tournament in Augusta with her father, Charles.

She seems to be embracing her new moniker, “Master’s Girl.” Kikumoto responded to Double Bogey’s account, saying, “It’s me.”

In a separate Instagram post, Kikumoto wrote, “Thank you Ho. 16 #themastersgirl #themasters. ‘

Also among those responding to America’s new viral star was Kikumoto’s mother, AJ Loveland, who wrote under one ad for her daughter: “Wow!! Ripping Texas Tech!! Go TTU Poms!!!! So proud of Betty @CharlesKikumoto and daughter of TTU Poms Aaliyah!

Kikumoto’s mother was previously a dancer for the NBA’s Denver Nuggets. These days, Loveland is a children’s author and dance competition judge.

Her father, Charles, a graduate of Brigham Young University, is an executive with insurance brokers Moreton & Company in Denver. He previously served on the Finance Committee of the Utah Republican Party in his home state.
