A priest in a coronavirus mask collapsed and died during a Sunday sermon at his church in Cameroon.
The Catholic priest Reverend Father Jude can be seen from the pulpit in French to his congregation before falling to the ground during Sunday mass in Douala, the western city of Cameroon.
At first everything seems fine, as Father Jude conveys his spiritual lesson to the parishioners.
He then pauses and looks around the church, before clenching his fist, and seems to regain his composure for a moment.

Father Jude’s eyes then go limp and he swings in place before falling back to the left of the pulpit. You can hear him breathing heavily into the microphone before he falls.
At the end of the video, you can see fellow clergy with face masks come to the rescue of the priest while women in the church scream.
It is not yet known whether the priest had any previous medical conditions.
The images were shared on Twitter by lawyer Chidi Odinkalu, who is also the former chair of Nigeria’s National Human Rights Commission.

That man must have left his home hoping to return to a wife and children.
