A man who drinks his two-week-old urine every day claims to have cured his depression

Some studies suggest that drinking a glass of red wine every day may be good for our health – but what about a glass of urine?

Harry Matadeen, from Farnborough, Hampshire, claims that he feels better than ever after he started drinking his own pee every day – and he even moistened it and reported its anti-aging properties.

The 32-year-old health coach started the practice four years ago, after he had read about the alleged benefits.

He now drinks 200 ml of his old urine – which can be a few weeks to a month old – supplemented daily with fresh pee.

And although he initially struggled with the taste, Harry now loves the taste of his old urine.

Harry also massages it in his skin in the morning and insists that it is the ultimate anti-aging product.

He says he feels healthier, happier and smarter than ever before, and claims that drinking outdated urine has cured his depression and that he is now regularly mistaken for a man in his twenties.

Harry has written two books about the power of obsolete urine therapy and wants to educate people to be more open to its healing properties, to insist that it be “s the most powerful drug available.

‘Older urine therapy is the art and science of collecting and storing your own urine in a bottle, allowing it to ferment naturally in a natural process and then using that’ obsolete ‘urine as a medicine to heal you, or by drinking it “massaging the blood through the skin, or even in other ways like in an enema, an old enema of urine!” he explained.

“For me it has only been very powerful! I started with fresh urine therapy because I didn’t feel physically healthy and depressed, it did wonders to remove my depression.

“The outdated urine was of the next level and the boost in energy was incredible! It has made my brain feel sharper and my previous depression just went away. “

Harry added that people are “often surprised” when they discover his age, and commits to massaging part of his old urine in his face every morning.

“Most people think I’m in my twenties,” he claimed. ‘It is a high-quality moisturizer and removes wrinkles and contains 2 percent urea, which are the best anti-aging creams.

“I’m not a vain person, so if I look younger, I don’t stroke my ego too much, but I do care that I’m healthy and full of energy, and old urine gives me those things for free.”

Do you have to drink your own urine?

Urine consists of approximately 95 percent water and 5 percent nutrients, including calcium and iron.

Fans of ‘urotherapy’, a term used to describe drinking your own pee, including Madonna.

In 1945, John W. Armstrong, a British naturopath, published a book claiming that drinking urine could cure all major diseases, but there is no scientific evidence of this.

Health expert Aisling Pigott, dietician and spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association, says that urine contains toxins that are expelled from the body and kidneys and that drinking can therefore be harmful and cause infections.

Shona Wilkinson, NutriCentre’s chief nutritionist, however, says that urine is non-toxic and sterile because it has been filtered twice – once through the liver and again through the kidneys.

Followers claim it heals diseases when it is taken and acne when it is used locally because of its ‘disinfecting’ properties, and it has been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicines.

Harry said that people should not rely on doctors and medicines to take care of their health and take care of it today.

“That way we can prevent concerns such as cancer, Alzheimer’s, dementia, heart disease and strokes,” he continued.

“We can significantly reduce our risk of getting all these with outdated urine therapy. We have everything we need in us.

‘Be open-minded and try it for yourself. Never knock on something without trying. “

Harry decided to try urine therapy in the summer of 2016 after feeling depressed and physically unhealthy. He said he immediately saw his health improve after drinking.

Harry – who now runs the Holistic Health brand with Harry – recalled: “I discovered urine therapy when I read a book called Your Own Perfect Medicine by Martha Christy.

“After reading, I was so excited to try urine therapy. I was convinced that it was worth an experiment. I drank my fresh morning urine and when I did, dark clouds of depression were lifted from me, like a veil that lifted and a separation from the red seas.

“I was really excited that I was making these powerful things for free, so I went on Facebook and added myself to urinary therapy communities to learn more.”

Harry explained how urine is considered outdated once it is four days old, and every day after you let it sit and ferment naturally, the “power to heal” grows.

“I never thought of the taste of my own fresh urine,” he added. ‘Although old urine was not the most pleasant taste at first, I didn’t really care and became fond of it.

‘The urine that I drink is usually a few weeks to a month old and I supplement it daily with some fresh urine.

‘I try to drink small sips daily, usually between 50 and 100 ml. It can replace meals and there are now people I know who only fast on urine, whether fresh or outdated, nothing else for months. ”

Harry has devoted his life to educating more people about this and has more than 2500 followers on social media.

“I see in the near future that every household around the world will have old urine bottles, for daily disease prevention or an energy boost, or for healing wounds and bruises,” he said.

“To that end, I will continue to promote obsolete urine therapy, and I am more than happy to be known as the guy who pee!”
