A 52-year-old man was charged with allegedly imprisoning a man after roaming the streets naked and screaming for help.
The police arrested the accused of a home on Daly Street in Belmont, Perth on Sunday evening.
He was accused of deprivation of liberty and two counts of unlawful acts of omission with the intention of causing harm.
The accused has been denied the bail and will appear in court on Monday.
