A sprawling Gold Coast mansion that has hosted some of Hollywood’s biggest names has gone up for sale.
The luxurious five-bedroom property in Ashmore, which has hosted the likes of Jude Law and Amber Heard, is set to go under the hammer next month.
The house is no stranger to high-profile guests and has also hosted billionaire Elon Musk and Australian film director Baz Luhrmann in recent years, according to The courier mail.
It is not the first time the sprawling riverside plot has been on the market, as it is believed to be the third time it has come on the market since December 2022.
The sprawling seven-bathroom home failed to find a buyer after being put up for sale in March this year and is currently renting for a whopping $6,000 a week.
Although no price tag has been given for the high-value auction, the lavish property last sold in 2005 for a whopping $3.1 million.
The luxury home, which was built in 2009, is set on 5,000 square metres of land amid a secluded setting in Ashmore, just 6km from the CBD.
Designed by architect Ewald de Weerd in a glamorous “old country house” style, building elements include 180-year-old reclaimed wood, natural stone, Calacatta marble and Tuscan tiles.

Other impressive features include a spacious living room with chandeliers, a vaulted ceiling and a cozy stone fireplace.

Built right on the banks of the Nerang River, the estate has its own ‘beach’, complete with boat ramp, ski hut and pontoon.
Other impressive highlights include a gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry and a powder room.
Designed for luxurious fun, there is also a spacious wooden deck and a 25-meter pool with its own “house” and barbecue fire pit.
The private and secluded estate also features a separate guest house, which features two bedrooms.

The mansion will go up for auction on September 21 through the Amir Prestige Group.
