A Love Island couple faced a shock elimination, just days before the series finale.
The couple, who tied the knot on Friday, have reportedly “already packed up their belongings” and left the Mallorca villa, meaning they will not get the chance to compete for the big cash prize on the ITV2 reality show.
A source said Sun: ‘Reconnection is a big shock for everyone. It’s been a very difficult few days and tensions are high.
“It’s almost time for the finale, so this last reunion really counts. It’s a show that leaves you with your nails in your blood.”

The shock re-coupling means they will not get the chance to compete for the big cash prize on the ITV2 reality show.
The couple’s outing comes after an intense Grafties Awards ceremony, which has not yet aired.
In the annual contest, viewers voted for their favourite islanders in categories such as Unfinished Business, One-Sided Giving and Epic Fail.
Fans were able to choose one of three Islanders for each category, however there is already talk of viewers filing complaints with Ofcom, alleging “borderline bullying”.
The allegations come after 24-year-old Mimii Ngulube received multiple nominations for some of her actions, with clips highlighting her actions.
One of those clips included the secret chat on the terrace he tried to have with his ex-partner, Ayo Odukoya, also 24 years old.
In contrast, Ayo, who was once involved in a love triangle with her, seemed to have avoided any nominations.
Taking to X fans pointed out how unfair that seemed:
“Where are all those Ayo clips for the graffiti award nominations? They clearly have an agenda with Mimi because they’ve barely shown the girl so far! Let’s not play this game! #loveIsland.”
A source told The Sun: “The reconciliation is a huge shock for everyone. It’s been a very difficult few days and tensions are very high.”

Viewers were able to vote for their favourite Islanders in certain categories, but some fans branded it “almost bullying” after Mimii Ngulube, 24, received multiple nominations for some of her actions, but her ex Ayo, also 24, received none.
The latest reconnection took place on Thursday, with new stars Lola, 22, and Harry Baker, 25, having to steal someone to hook up with – but the source described the latter as “a nail-biter”.
“It’s not right that @loveisland hasn’t included any clips of Ayo or Sean. This is borderline bullying. #loveisland.”
Other notable categories include Dramatic Performance, with nominees Nicole, Ciaran and Jessy.
In Ultimate Pot Stirrer, Joey, Reuben, and Sean are contenders, while in Flirtiest Performance, Grace competes against Joey and Sean.
A post on the Love Island Instagram page read: ‘Head to Stories now to choose your winners in these six Grafties categories!
‘The ceremony will take place later this week.’
Meanwhile, ITV2 recently announced the end date for the current series. The show, which began on June 3, will conclude on Monday, July 29.
One lucky couple will be crowned champions of the 11th series and receive the £50,000 cash prize.
