A live-in nanny has been awarded a staggering sum of cash after her creepy fried chicken tycoon boss secretly filmed her with hidden cameras in her bedroom.

Michael Esposito, 35, owner of three LaRosa Grill franchises, was caught secretly filming Kelly Andrade, 28, naked.

He secretly installed a camera on the smoke detector in his young Colombian au pair’s bedroom, capturing ‘hundreds’ of explicit videos of the unsuspecting nanny.

Now Esposito has been ordered to fork over a whopping $2.78 million after the creepy chicken boss’s perverted plan fell apart when Andrade discovered the camera’s memory card was full of X-rated material.

A Manhattan jury has awarded $780,000 in emotional distress damages against Michael and his wife Danielle Esposito, plus $2 million in punitive damages against Esposito.

The live-in nanny sued her boss in 2021 for allegedly secretly filming her “hundreds” of times in various stages of undress with a camera hidden in a smoke detector in her bedroom.

Esposito, a father of four, was arrested on March 24, 2021, after Colombian-born Andrade claimed to have found the camera at the home in Staten Island, New York.

She alleged that her boss ran to her home and tried to break down the door when he realized he had discovered the hidden camera.

The nanny, then 25, said she jumped out of her bedroom window to escape the terrifying confrontation, believing Esposito might be armed with a gun.

Esposito, who owns three LaRosa Grill franchises, was charged with felony unlawful surveillance.

Andrade said in her lawsuit that she spent hundreds of hours in training after being hired by Cultural Care Au Pair, which sent her to work in the United States.

She was placed with Esposito and his wife Danielle to care for their four children at the family’s $800,000 oceanfront home in Tottenville, according to the Post.

Through a translator, Andrade told the Post she was initially excited about the opportunity to learn English and work in the U.S., and the Espositos gave her a private room to herself while she cared for their young children.

But she says she became suspicious after finding Esposito frequently adjusting the smoke detector in her bedroom.

Three weeks after starting the job, he inspected the device and discovered the camera.

She says her boss arrived home “within minutes” and “seemed very concerned when he got home.”

The au pair says she tried to pretend she was asleep, but Esposito repeatedly banged on the locked door and she jumped out of a window in fear.

He then ran down the street and fled to a nearby police station, where he handed over the memory card he had found in the camera.

The suit claims it contained “hundreds of recordings” showing her nude or partially clothed.
