By 2006, they had signed a deal with Loog Records and the music video for their debut single Sheena Is a Parasite starred a young Samantha Morton.

During the campaign for his latest album, singer Faris, 38, admitted that they almost broke up forever.

he said GQ: ‘We weren’t enjoying it or getting along. It’s strange, I look around and it doesn’t seem to have worked for many people.

‘The thing is, I’ll always do things and I’ll probably do some of them on my own. Boredom terrifies me.
