A woman admitted to killing her boyfriend a week before he went on trial for her murder.
Brittany McCulloch, 30, appeared in the WA Supreme Court via video link on Thursday, almost two years after Jordan Chas Caine’s body. was found in a garage in Alkimos in north Perth.
Asked whether he would plead guilty to the charge of murdering Mr Caine between July 28 and 31, 2022, McCulloch told the court: “I am guilty,” he reports. 7News.

The upcoming trial will not be set aside and McCulloch will return to court in October for sentencing.
McCulloch was arrested shortly after the body of Caine, 34, was found in the garage of his Minoan Way home.
She was initially charged with manslaughter, but the charge was upgraded after a police investigation.

At the time of the murder, police said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the death and that there was no threat to the community.
