In the clip, Dr. Mindy talked about how extremely important it is to keep your liver healthy.

She said: “The brain, the gut, the liver – keep them healthy.” The health expert pointed out that there are several ways to manage your health without having to go to the doctor.

He suggested that everyone have a daily routine that would help them examine the five areas of their body.

“A daily routine to see how your body is functioning,” he said.

Dr. Mindy advised people to start by checking the inside of the eye, which she said could indicate whether the liver is not functioning properly.

She explained: ‘If the inside of your eye is yellow, that can be a sign of liver stagnation.’

He then revealed that the soles of your feet could reveal whether you have toxins in your system.

“When the soles of your feet are dry and cracked, it’s a sign that there’s not proper circulation. The liver may not be doing a good job of detoxifying and removing toxins, so the circulatory system has more sludge,” she explained.

And before you get your next manicure, your doctor recommends that you carefully examine your nails.

She said: ‘When there are a lot of ridges on your nails or your nails grow very quickly, it can be a sign of mineral deficiency.’

The next step in your daily routine should be done first thing in the morning, according to the health professional.

She said: ‘I also look at my tongue every morning… (if) it has a white coating on it, that can be a sign of candida, too much yeast in your system and your body is detoxing.

‘When you fast, sometimes it turns black and it’s like candida comes out, it’s yeast that comes out…’

Finally, the doctor recommended that you take a look at your hair.

She explained: “The amount of hair you are losing can indicate a key finding about your health. If your hair is healthy and hydrated and has the same layer, then you are healthy.”

She said it would be “fair” to extend the same benefit to men and that it should be up to the female employee to decide when she wants to take her days off.

The doctor recommended that women take their days off the week before their period to “support hormonal health.”

She said: ‘What we know is that if you take it off the week before your period, when you come back you’ll be an even better version of yourself.

“Let your female employees use their prerogative because you can’t tell them when to use it if they’re on their period. I think it’s the fairest thing to do because then men can do it too.”
