Chilling footage shows a down-on-his-luck actress dancing by the ocean off the coast of New Jersey, just days before she was murdered in cold blood at the same picturesque waterside spot.
Carley Elbert, 32, was filmed rapping about “spitting rhymes” while dancing on a pier near the Flagship Hotel as the Atlantic City skyline lights up in the background on July 27.
Just six days later, Elbert was found on a nearby pier wearing only a bikini and suffering from a fatal gunshot wound to the head at around 4:41 a.m., according to police.
A second victim, Kamille Stewart, 29, was found alongside Elbert on the pier with gunshot wounds but still conscious.
Stewart was rushed to AtlantiCare Medical Center for treatment. A preliminary investigation determined that both New Jersey women appeared to have been shot in the head. Three men were arrested, but no motive was given.

Elbert recently went into remission from mastocytosis, a rare disease that occurs when the body produces too many mast cells. Mast cells are part of the immune system and help protect against allergens and germs.
An online profile from earlier in her acting career said she worked as an extra on television shows such as “General Hospital” and “The Elizabeth Smart Story.”
Elbert’s mother, Nancy Elbert, was devastated by her daughter’s tragic end.
“I hope you rot in hell. I’m going to see it through to the end to get justice for my Carley,” Nancy told WPVI, sending a message to the suspects. “She didn’t deserve to die like that.”
Three Philadelphia men have been arrested in connection with the killings, but police have not said why they believe the women were killed.
Elbert frequently appeared worried and despondent in many of his most recent social media posts.
Atlantic County authorities announced Friday that Gregg Page, a 34-year-old Philadelphia resident, has been charged with murder, attempted murder and weapons-related offenses.
Brothers Ryan Schenck, 30, and Ramir Schenck, 27, also of Philadelphia, were charged with hindering the apprehension of a suspect in connection with the case.

Surveillance footage provided by the Flagship Hotel shows a car approaching the boardwalk shortly after 2 a.m. Five people got out of the car and walked along the boardwalk for about 20 minutes before only two of them returned and left.
A criminal complaint obtained by Action News alleges Page stole a car belonging to one of the victims and fled the scene.
Surveillance footage reportedly shows Page driving the stolen car before abandoning it at a different location.
Investigators say Page was picked up by his accomplices and taken to Philadelphia.

Police traced Elbert’s cell phone to the 6100 block of Mulberry Street in Philadelphia.
Exclusive video footage captures the moment officers, including FBI agents, arrested the three men at that location.
All three suspects are in custody in Philadelphia pending extradition to New Jersey.
