Footage has emerged of a man on a flight allegedly pleasuring himself with the plane’s cabin lights on while the passengers around him were wide awake.

Grace O’Neill posted a TikTok video on Monday that she filmed on a recent flight from Melbourne to Dubai after spotting the man sitting across from her in business class.

“This guy has been going all out from Melbourne to Dubai. Impressive, really,” he wrote.

The man was lying on his bed and covered with a blanket, but there was a constant movement of the hand underneath.

Captioning the video ‘This crude dogging trend is getting out of hand’, Ms O’Neill panned the camera from the man to his writhing face.

Rawdogging on flights has become a recent TikTok trend, referring to when a person, usually a man, challenges themselves to go without any in-flight entertainment, other screens of any kind, sleep, meals, or snacks of any kind for the duration of a long-haul flight.

The man in the video wasn’t watching any entertainment, so he allegedly took matters into his own hands.

The Australians were stunned and disgusted by the man’s brazen and lewd act.

“Ummmmmm, how is this allowed?” said one.

Another wrote: ‘Raw chases his red rocket.’

“No, that’s really crazy,” one said.

Others hoped the woman would report the incident.

“Please tell me you reported it,” wrote one.

But there were some who did not understand what all the fuss was about.

“It’s not illegal, it’s just frowned upon,” wrote one.

“We should have given him a hand (pun intended),” said another.

The act seemed too unbelievable for some, who criticized the TikToker for posting what they thought was a trap.

“False,” wrote one.

Another added: “Oh my god, this can’t be real.”

According to the Australian Civil Aviation Safety AuthorityA passenger’s misbehavior may result in a verbal or written warning from airline staff and police.

Passengers may not “engage in offensive or disorderly conduct, including physical assault, verbal abuse or sexual harassment.”

And while there is no specific conduct clause relating to masturbation on flights, there have been… past cases where passengers have been arrested and charged when another passenger saw exposed genitals or felt threatened.
