Sitting on the couch at Monday night’s final engagement ceremony, Booka, 31, says: “I don’t know if there’s any romance between us.”

Meanwhile, a gritty Brett, 31, just sat next to his ‘wife’ and listened, having previously claimed he was determined to fight for their relationship.

Despite starting out as one of the strongest couples on this year’s show, things took a turn for the worse after Booka received a scathing letter from fellow groom Patrick Hayes Dwyer criticizing her behavior.

The letter was part of a task assigned to the couples during Feedback Week, and it wasn’t long before Booka returned the contents to Brett, who is good friends with Patrick, 27.

“When the penny dropped, I just saw red and got really upset,” Booka later recalled 9 Entertainment

The letter accused Booka of bragging about her accomplishments, claiming she spent too much time talking about her band and how smart she is.

‘It was really upsetting to hear that he had left and taken what I loved, and my career, and turned it around to be an assault on my character was really upsetting, because I’m proud of the work that I’ve done in music, ”she added.

Booka said she felt “ betrayed ” by Brett, but agreed to try to work on their relationship while on a group couples retreat.

She redirected the letter to Instagram last week: “This is how I heard Patrick’s letter:” Dear Booka. You are absolutely worthless and I know this because your husband tells me all the time. Love Patty. ”
