“Some of the last words we said were ‘I love you,’” Greene recalled. “What it feels like to get that call is a call you never want to get about your child, so it’s hard to explain.” Despite his anguish, Greene expressed his belief that justice would be served.

“I, as a firm believer, justice will be done. It’s going to come to light. Whatever you do in the dark,” he said. DeKalb County Police continue to investigate the shooting. No suspect has been identified and authorities have not confirmed if there are any leads.
