Amber Heard said she was having a “champagne birthday” as she celebrated turning 38 on Monday.
The Aquaman actress was photographed in a post on her Instagram page on Tuesday relaxing at a winery while sipping a glass of champagne on the special occasion.
The Austin, Texas-born actress donned a gold turtleneck with her blonde locks down and accessorized with earrings, rings and a watch.
Tuesday’s special occasion marked a dubious anniversary involving Heard, as she was accused by her ex-husband Johnny Depp, 60, of plotting a sickening prank against him exactly eight years ago, on April Monday, 2016.
Depp, amid the former couple’s legal battles years ago, testified in 2022 that his maid had contacted him and informed him that a piece of feces had been left on his bed in their downtown Los Angeles apartment. . Heard has repeatedly denied the claims.

Depp said he thought Heard was behind the unseemly prank as she was upset that he left her birthday party early.
Depp told the court he felt Heard intended to get back at him with the prank after she left to attend the Coachella Music Festival.
Heard denied leaving waste on Depp’s bed in her court testimony and said she believed one of her dogs was responsible for the droppings.
Depp said that while Heard “tried to blame the dogs”, he did not believe the canines were large enough to produce a “fecal delivery” like the one seen in her bed in the images presented to the court as evidence.
“I lived with those dogs for many years,” Depp told the court in May 2022, according to People. ‘That didn’t come from a dog. It just wasn’t like that.
Depp told the court during the trial that he initially found humor in learning what happened.
“I mean… I laughed,” Depp told the court. ‘I was so out there. It was so strange and so grotesque that I could only laugh. So I didn’t go down there that day.
Starling Jenkins III, Depp’s former driver and security detail, said under oath at trial that Heard described the incident to her as “a horrible prank gone wrong.”
Heard denied leaving human waste in her ex-husband’s bed as a prank; A photo of the fallout was featured in Depp’s 2020 libel case against The Sun.
Heard was asked by her lawyer if the incident was the result of an attempt to play a prank on Depp, to which she responded: “Of course not,” calling it humorless. Photographed in May 2022 at the courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia.
Depp and Heard were photographed at the BFI London Film Festival in October 2015, less than a year after their marriage imploded.
Heard, in her testimony, said she never spoke to Jenkins about what happened. She told the court that one of her canines had “bowel control issues” and had a habit of jumping onto the main bed.
Heard told the court she had been packing for the festival and one of the dogs was sitting on the bed at the time.
Her lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, asked Heard if the incident was the result of an attempt to play a prank on Depp, to which she responded, “Of course not,” considering it humorless.
“First of all, I don’t think it’s funny; I don’t know what a grown woman does,” Heard told the court. ‘I wasn’t in the mood to make jokes either; my life was falling apart.
“I was at a crossroads in my life. I meant it very seriously. And she had just been attacked on my 30th birthday by my violent husband who she was desperately in love with and knew I had to leave. It really wasn’t a jovial time and I don’t think that’s funny. Period. That’s gross.’
Heard said Depp spoke about the incident and went “on and on” about it.
“Our marriage was over and falling apart before our eyes, we hadn’t seen each other in over a month and his mother had just passed away,” she said. “I couldn’t believe he wanted to talk about feces.”
