The glamorous couple, who met on the Channel Nine show in 2018, bought the cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in Mermaid Beach for $700,000 three years ago.
Located just a few minutes from Nobby Beach, the residence is situated within the Diamond Sands residential complex.
Robinson, 43, and Merchant, 40, made an upgrade to the efficient beach cottage, which was quickly listed as a rental after it recently sold for $690 a week.
According to realestate.com, the home has now been leased after being secured with a $2,760 bond.
