Married At First Sight’s Eden Harper has announced her shocking split from Jayden Eynaud.
Eden, 28, who met her partner on season 11, confirmed the news on Instagram on Wednesday, after eight months together.
“When I made the decision to be with Jayden in my final vows, I really did it with the intention of it being forever,” Harper began.
“Jayden and I spent many months together after the experiment, Cub had a father and I had a second family that I am really grateful for.
‘I am sad to share that towards the end of the show’s run, our relationship came to an end. The reality is that the person I chose did not choose me.’

“While I’m disappointed that what you saw didn’t translate to the real world, I will never regret this experiment, the people I met, the lessons I learned, and the growth it has had on me.
He concluded the post by thanking fans for their support.
A source close to Eden told WhatsNew2Day Australia that the breakup was “completely unexpected” for Eden and that she is “pretty gutted about it.”
