In an interview with Larry David for his weekly show 'Who's Talking to Chris Wallace' about Max, the mainstream media legend confronted David over a question about the comedian's net worth.

Larry David lashed out at CNN heavyweight Chris Wallace for asking him his net worth, responding, “It’s none of your business!” in an irritable exchange in the air.

In an interview with David for his weekly show ‘Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace’ on Max, the mainstream media legend covered a number of topics including politics, David’s public persona and, of course, ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ .

But things became awkward when Wallace tried to ask David about the Hollywood fortune he has amassed over many successful decades in the business.

Wallace said he had read online that David, famous co-creator of ‘Seinfeld,’ was worth approximately $500 million.

David tried to dodge the question for a moment by complaining that he had run out of water. But Wallace continued to pressure the notoriously grumpy comedian.

Finally David replied: ‘I’m going to say what should have been said to your father. It is none of your business. What about that? And that’s ridiculous. That’s ridiculous.’

In an interview with Larry David for his weekly show ‘Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace’ about Max, the mainstream media legend confronted David over a question about the comedian’s net worth.

Wallace had mentioned that his father, the famous American journalist Mike Wallace, used to say that “people are fascinated by what the rich are worth.”

David added that the figure cited by Wallace (approximately $500 million) is “very absurd.”

“How about $100 million?” Wallace said.

‘Okay, how about you shut up? Well. How about you shut up? This is good?’ -David replied-.

‘I have to say, you know, 100 interviews. No one had ever told me that before,” Wallace said.

“Well, shut up,” the cantankerous comedian responded.

Later in the interview, Wallace admitted that it hurt him a little to be told to shut up.

David defended himself by saying that Wallace’s question had been crude: “What kind of question is that?”

The host said the question was “perfectly legitimate,” adding that the late Barbara Walters once said, “there is no such thing as an intrusive question.” There are only indiscreet answers.’

David called the saying a “good line” that is not true.

‘I wonder how Barbara Walter would react… (if someone asked her), ‘Barbara, how many times a week do you have sex with your husband?’ Do you give him blowjobs?’ David blurted out.

‘Do you think she would like that?’

Wallace said Walters probably would have said it was none of her business, but “I don’t think she would have said to shut up.”

“I really stung you with that,” David said.

The couple also delved into politics. David called presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump a “sociopath” and “such a little baby,” plus how the late Barbara Walters would react to an inappropriate question.

The couple also got into politics, during a portion of the conversation in which David unsurprisingly took a tough stance against presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

“You can’t go a day without thinking about what he’s done to this country because he’s such a little baby that’s thrown 250 years of democracy out the window by not accepting the results,” he said.

‘I mean, it’s so crazy. He is a sociopath. He is so crazy. He just couldn’t admit to losing, and we know he lost, he knows he lost, and he looks at how he’s fooled everyone. “He has convinced all these people that he did not lose,” he added.

The comedian’s anti-Trump leanings are well known, as he previously tackled his former friend, Trump impeachment lawyer Alan Dershowitz, on Martha’s Vineyard in 2021.

Dershowitz told Page Six that David “yelled at him” and “yelled at him.” “I was worried he might have a stroke.”

A source told the gossip column that David was particularly offended that Dershowitz had hugged Trump’s former Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo.

‘No. No. We really can’t. I saw you. I saw you with your arm around Pompeo! It’s disgusting!’ David reportedly said.

Dershowitz explained that Pompeo was one of his former students at Harvard Law.

‘It’s disgusting. Your whole enclave… is disgusting. You’re disgusting!’ David responded.
