The Today show host, 49, recently listed his Sunshine Beach villa on the Noosa Beach Abodes website.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom holiday home, named Villa Isabelle, sits on a cliff overlooking the popular south-east Queensland coastline.
The listing describes Karl’s property as an “architecturally designed home” that offers guests “comfort and relaxation at its finest.”
Meanwhile, the open-plan indoor and outdoor living areas flow onto the outdoor entertaining terraces, BBQ area, private balconies and heated pool.

Karl’s Noosa Getaway is spread over three levels, with the middle level featuring an open plan kitchen, dining room and large living room with large sliding glass doors allowing in the beautiful sea breezes.
This beautifully decorated open plan area flows into the exterior, entertainment area and pool.
Also on the middle level are two of the master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and balconies.
The listing describes Karl’s property as an “architecturally designed home” that offers guests “comfort and relaxation at its finest.”
On the upper level, the vacation home has two further bedrooms with king size beds.
On the ground floor is the stylish and elegant bunk room, which features a colorful mural behind two generously sized bunk beds.
The covered garage is also located on the lower level, where the entrance is also located.

It comes as Karl and his wife Jasmine shared a major milestone with their youngest daughter Harper this week.
On Tuesday, Jasmine, 40, posted adorable photos of Harper to her Instagram Stories.
The three-year-old looked lively in front of the camera as she posed in a sunny orange outfit paired with heart-shaped glasses and butterfly headpieces.
Jasmine captioned the sweet story, “All dolled up for her school pictures,” along with an orange heart and camera emoji.
Karl has three grown children with his ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn: sons River and Jackson and daughter Willow.
He met the former model at a boat party in Sydney just months after his split from Cassandra in 2016.
The Stefanovics married at the One&Only Palmilla resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, in December 2018. The couple welcomed Harper May in May 2020.
