An anonymous Ryde resident left a fellow Sydney resident a note saying his car had been washed in a random act of kindness.

A Sydney resident was stunned to find a “super sweet” note under his car’s windscreen wiper – but not everyone was impressed.

The note said: ‘I washed your car. Happy new year 2025.’

The Ryde resident shared the note on social media and expressed his gratitude for the random act of kindness.

“My neighbor washed my car anonymously and left a note that I thought was super sweet,” they said.

‘I hope they follow your page too, because I would like to thank them for this act of kindness, but I would also like to remain anonymous.
