Two men are in hospital and police are now investigating after a wild brawl broke out following a night of Boxing Day celebrations.
The fight began on Point Nepean Road, in the heart of Sorrento, on the Mornington Peninsula, at 2am on Friday. The two injured have non-life-threatening injuries after a
Victoria Police said in a statement that two groups of men got into a wild fight near the Continental Hotel and that their ‘“The investigation is ongoing.”
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson confirmed they had transported a man suffering from injuries to his upper and lower body. to Alfred Hospital in stable condition.
Police have urged anyone with information about what happened on CCTV cameras of the fight to contact them immediately.
