Lara Eyre, 52, who appeared in the 2022 series of the E4 show, shared her experience in an emotional Instagram post, urging her followers to be prepared for emergencies.

“Ending up in the hospital is scary, stressful and strange, but having some of the essentials and comforts can lessen the anxiety,” she wrote.
Lara then listed items she wishes she had packed, including clean underwear, a hairbrush, fuzzy socks, makeup remover wipes, and a phone charger.
She continued: ‘Pack a GO bag so you’re ready just in case. Some things I wish I had clean panties lol, hair brush, fuzzy socks, makeup wipes, baby wipes, toothbrush, book, charger, pajamas, eye mask, ear plugs and the list goes on.
