The glamorous sister for whom the Cash App killer murdered is missing as he is found guilty

The sister of the man convicted of killing Cash App founder Bob Lee was noticeably absent from court Tuesday as the jury read the guilty verdict.

Nima Momeni was guilty of manslaughter for the fatal stabbing of Lee on April 4, 2023.

The tech mogul was found staggering on a deserted downtown street, dripping a trail of blood and calling for help. Lee, 43, later died in hospital.

Prosecutors alleged that Momeni took Lee’s life in the 300 block of Main Street in the upscale Rincon Hill neighborhood after hearing that his drug-dealing boyfriend had plied his younger sister, Khazar, with GHB and other drugs and sexually assaulted her.

Khazar Momeni, 38, gave impressive testimony about Lee and his alleged drug dealer, who left the courtroom stunned during the trial.

However, the glamorous woman was nowhere to be seen on Tuesday when her brother learned that he faces a prison sentence of 16 years to life in the case.

She wore a pastel blue silk shirt and stark white pants along with her signature black sunglasses when she testified on October 21.

It was long believed that Khazar, the wife of a prominent California plastic surgeon, had an affair with Lee and attended “sex-swinging” parties with him.

In lengthy testimony, she accused alleged drug dealer, Jeremy Boivin, of giving her the “date rape” drug GHB, pulling down her pants and sexually assaulting her while she remained unconscious, Mission Local reported.

Khazar stated that Lee took Boivin to her home on the morning of April 3, 2023, the day before the fatal stabbing.

“I didn’t know he was a drug dealer because we don’t go near our drug dealers or even invite them upstairs. He was introduced to me as a friend,” she said. ‘(He) brought me a large tank of nitrous oxide and he had a large one liter bottle of GHB.’

Khazar later went to Boivin’s house, where Lee and another friend also stopped by. After Lee and her friend left, she claimed she passed out after taking drugs.

She told the court she drank three shots of GHB-laced liquor before ‘passing out’.

‘He asked me about GHB and, for example, gave me a nice drink, a small shot. And I drank it. I thought I could trust him,” Khazar said.

“I remember waking up twice: once he (Boivin) pulled down my pants and slapped my butt. And another time he grabbed my ass, but I couldn’t move or do anything.”

Khazar also debuted a new look in court on October 15 after she was blamed for starting the fight that led to the killing.

The blonde bombshell wore a pastel blue silk Valentino dress with a tie neckline, which retails for $5,500.

Momeni’s lawyers alleged that Lee took a multi-day drug bender of cocaine and ketamine, which made him irritable and violent, and that he attacked the suspect with a knife.

They said Momeni was forced to use his Krav Maga martial arts skills in the early morning hours of April 4, 2023, after making a ‘bad joke’ that upset Lee – and not realizing he had stabbed him.

The assistant district attorney ridiculed Momeni’s defense, saying that he had questioned Lee earlier in the evening about what happened to his sister at the drug dealer’s apartment, and had sent text messages saying that the two men were creeps and sexual predators.

Momeni then met Lee at his sister’s apartment, grabbed a paring knife from her kitchen set, drove Lee to a secluded area near the Bay Bridge and stabbed him three times, including a fatal blow through the heart, on a dimly lit street. said Assistant District Attorney Dane Reinstedt.

“That protection of the defendant’s little sister led to all of this,” he said.

Family members of both men faithfully attended the trial. Mahnaz Tayarani, the suspect’s mother, sat on one side of the courtroom, while Lee’s father, brother and ex-wife sat on the other.

On Tuesday, Tayarani had tears in her eyes as she called the verdict unfair.

“My son is not the person they think he is,” she said. “He’s very kind, he’s very loving, respectful and caring.”
