Spider-Man star Tom Holland will spend Christmas with Zendaya and her family, but he intends to gather his loved ones for a joint holiday party next year.
The British actor, 28, has been dating the American superstar since 2021 after meeting on the set of the Marvel film.
And the couple will further cement their relationship by spending the festive period together in the US at a “secret” location.
Despite being away from his own family, including comedian dad Dominic, 57, and actor brother Paddy, 20, Tom insists he is looking forward to Christmas, having last been abroad for the festive period was hidden inside a hotel room.
Speaking about his plans, Tom said: “I’ll be in America this year, I’ll be with my girlfriend’s family, which will be fun.” Where we will be is a secret.
And he added: “The first time I spent Christmas away from home was in the United States, and unfortunately, not by choice…

‘I made two films in a row through COVID. I did two press tours through COVID and I didn’t have COVID once the entire time. And after the Spider-Man 3 premiere was the last day of work I had, I was supposed to fly home the next day for Christmas and I got COVID.
‘So, I spent like two weeks essentially in the guest room and I was alone. It was a pretty rough Christmas, to be fair. This year will be great. This will be great.’
And he hopes that next year, given how his relationship with the Euphoria star, 28, is progressing, their families will spend it together.
He explained: ‘I think what we would like to start doing is, instead of spending it with each family every year, bring the families together.
‘That’s what I think we want to do next time. This time, since we are both actors, we are terrible at organizing things. So it hasn’t happened yet. The thought is there. The idea has been planted.
Tom and Zendaya have become one of Hollywood’s most talked about couples since they found love on set in 2016 while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming.
When not appearing at red carpet events and film premieres, they manage to keep a low profile and are often photographed walking their dog Noon together in London.
In fact, Tom admits that he likes cooking for Zendaya and has been preparing her meals while she films the movie The Drama, also starring Robert Pattinson, in Boston.

However, her cooking skills haven’t impressed as she admits she struggles to prepare edible meals for vegetarian Zendaya.
Speaking to the Dish podcast, hosted by former Radio 1 Breakfast Show presenter Nick Grimshaw and Michelin star chef Angela Hartnett, he said: “I’m starting to like, venturing into a lot of vegetarian cuisine.”
‘My girlfriend is a vegetarian, so I’ve been in Boston these last few weeks and she’s been working, so I’ve been making a lot of the dinners. They haven’t been great.
‘There have been some like, let’s just order. But no, but I really enjoy it. I don’t find it stressful at all. I really like it. But I need to keep the kitchen tidy.
Tom revealed that Zendaya’s specialty in the kitchen is a celebrity-favorite Italian dish.
He added: ‘I actually love Zendaya’s spicy fusilli vodka that she makes. And it’s delicious. Yes. It’s really good. But vodka doesn’t help much.
Tom insists that there are big advantages to dating a fellow actor, especially when it comes to being able to stay in place together and communicate hidden messages with just a look.
In fact, Tom says being with Zendaya, who also starred in The Greatest Showman and this year’s Challengers, is “the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
Speaking to the Dish podcast, Tom admitted that he failed to impress Zendaya with his cooking skills.
Tom says he tried making food for Zendaya when the couple lived together in Boston while she filmed the new movie The Drama, but vegetarian dishes aren’t his specialty.
Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett talked about Tom’s advancement as an actor, his family life, dealing with fame, and his relationship with Zendaya during this week’s episode of the Dish podcast.
He said: ‘The studios love it, a hotel room. Separate drivers. We are no longer crazy. Listen, it’s work, okay? Oh God, yes. It’s a saving grace. Yes, the best thing that ever happened to me.
“But it’s perfect when you’re on set and a director gives you a note that maybe you don’t agree with, or I know she doesn’t particularly like, and it’s just that familiar look to everyone.” Other similar ones, I can’t wait to talk about it later.
Despite launching non-alcoholic beer brand BERO this year, which was a project close to his heart following his sobriety journey, Tom admits that starting another new business is not on his radar.
He says acting is still very much his future and he’s “excited” to start filming Christopher Nolan’s next movie, also starring Zendaya.
Tom said: ‘I don’t see myself as an entrepreneur or a business builder.
‘This is so personal to me that I felt it was something I had to do. Like I want to start, I don’t know, as a casual clothing brand, like no one needs another casual clothing brand. Know? Um, so, and with acting, it’s like I love acting.
‘One of the beautiful aspects is that you can immerse yourself. But I haven’t worked for three years.
About his next project, he said: ‘It hasn’t started filming yet. To be completely honest with you, I don’t know anything about it. I’m super excited. Um, it’s all very, very secret.
I met with him. It was amazing. Somehow he vaguely said what it was. And I’m sure when he’s ready, he’ll announce what it is. Yes. It’s a movie with Christopher Nolan.
