Katy Perry has complained that she “hates working out” as she reveals the secret to her impressive weight loss.

Chatting during the filming of her new ITV concert special, Night of a Lifetime at Central Hall Westminster on Wednesday night, Katy joked: “I heard my biceps were doing the rounds on the internet.”
When asked how she stays in shape, the star surprised the audience and admitted: “Well, I hate working out.” In fact, I do.
“You know what I love to do, I love dancing, swimming and doing things that don’t feel like exercising.”
