Wayne and Coleen Rooney enjoyed a festive date night on Monday after finally reuniting following their stint on I’m A Celeb.
Coleen shared a photo of the beaming couple snuggled up in front of some Christmas lights.
The couple enjoyed some time away from their four children shopping for festive gifts while Coleen tagged the selfie, taken by Wayne, as Manchester Christmas Markets.
Wayne finally returned home to Cheshire on Monday, five days after his wife landed in the UK following a month in Australia appearing on I’m A Celebrity.
The football director, 39, was not at Manchester Airport to greet his wife when she landed with their two youngest children, Kit, eight, and Cass, six, on December 11.
Instead, Wayne has been working in Plymouth, where he is the coach of the Championship team, Plymouth Argyle Football Club.

While Coleen spent the week adjusting to life at home, Wayne was hundreds of miles away “fighting to keep his job” as head coach of Plymouth Argyle, where he is believed to earn £500,000 a year.
But while rumors circulate that Wayne’s job is on the line, he did not think about a possible sacking by Plymouth and insists he is concentrating on improving the team in January.
The team has fallen to penultimate place in the table after a streak of just one win in 10 games. The unfortunate return has piled pressure on the former Manchester United and England star, who took the reins at Home Park in the summer.
Wayne retains the support of the Plymouth board and received public backing from chairman Simon Hallett earlier this month.
He claimed to be accepting the pressure he is under and revealed that his focus is on winter transfer targets to strengthen his squad.
“There are always honest conversations between Neil (Dewsnip, director of football), Andrew (Parkinson, chief executive, Simon, whoever) about how we can improve and, from a recruiting point of view, what players we can bring in to help, what players we need, what players we need to go out.
‘These are all ongoing conversations, so come January we will be in the best possible position to get what we need. Getting injured players back will be like new signings for us, but we all know it, we have no illusions, we need to improve the squad, that is there for everyone to see.
“We are working very hard to put ourselves in the best position to do this as soon as possible.”

The WAG looked fresh after a boozy I’m A Celeb welcome home party with her friends and family on Sunday (pictured with husband Wayne’s cousin Claire).
Last week, Coleen was back to normal and dropping her children Kai, 15, Klay, 11, Kit and Cass, at school.
Already remembering her experience in the dizzying jungle, Coleen posted the snapshot that was taken shortly after her exit.
Earlier in the day, Coleen shared a new video on social media after landing in the UK from Australia.
The I’m A Celebrity star broke her silence after returning home following her incredible success story on the grueling ITV reality show.
Coleen, who finished in second place, addressed her fans in the clip and thanked viewers for all their votes and support that got her to the final.
The TV sensation admitted she needs to “get used” to posting videos on her page as she hinted she will be online more in the future.
She said: ‘Hello everyone, I hope you are well. I’m back in the UK. I have a little jet lag.

‘The kids are at school and I just wanted to come and say wow wow wow, I am so overwhelmed with the love, support, generosity and positivity that you all have shown while I was in the jungle and since I arrived. outside.
‘I can’t thank you enough for your messages, your comments and I’m so glad everyone enjoyed the show this year. Thank you to each of you who voted for me and kept me until the end, because I had the full jungle experience. I can’t thank you enough for that. I absolutely loved it.
‘Don’t get me wrong, it was difficult. It was really difficult. But with your love and support and the love and support of my 11 campmates, love, support and friendship, you all helped me get through this and I am very grateful for that.
‘What a year to be involved in I’m A Celeb, what a camp. We are friends for life. Our group chat we’ve created hasn’t stopped, we’ve all been saying how out of step we are this morning and Alan and I have been going to school.

‘Some of us are watching the rehearsals and it’s been a pleasure to be a part of them and we’re going to enjoy Christmas and I hope everyone enjoys Christmas and then in the New Year we’ll get together and have a reunion.
‘What I loved is that everyone saw it as a family and it brought love, laughter and tears to homes, everyone lived it together and we lived it together like a camp.
“But I just needed to get started, I need to get used to making these videos, in fact I feel like I’m sitting on the BT (Bush Telegraph). But yeah, I love you all. And I can’t thank you enough/ Merry Christmas and I’ll be happy I’ll be back here very soon.’
